General Information

What is mark?
mark is a network of young women who sell first-to-market, exclusive products-a stylish mix of makeup, skin and body care, unique fragrances and a trend-setting array of accessories. mark is a unique and unprecedented earnings opportunity.


Does mark have a retail store?

No. mark is sold exclusively through mark and Avon Representatives and at meetmark.com.


What is a mark Representative?
mark Representatives are young women (age 16 and older) who sell mark makeup, skincare, jewelry and accessories via the mark Magalog.

Each Representative is the owner of her own mark business and:

  • sets her own hours and manages her business online
  • earns a 30% sales commission
  • may earn college credit for completing the mark training
  • participates in sales incentive programs


How can I get a copy of the current Magalog?

Does mark have a mailing or email list?

Products & Purchasing

Does mark test on animals?
No. In fact, Avon Products, Inc. was the first major cosmetic company in the world to take this important step. Our efforts were recognized in 1993 at the World Congress on Alternatives and Animal Use in the Life Sciences. Avon Products, Inc. was also presented with the 1993 Recognition Award from the Johns Hopkins Center for Alternatives to Animal Testing.


Where can I buy mark products?
mark products are sold on meetmark.com site or through a mark Representative Unfortunately, you cannot purchase mark products via phone or fax.


How can I find a specific product on meetmark.com?
To search for a specific product, use the search box located in the top right portion of the screen.


How can I find out information about a product?
Each product has its own product detail page. Details include a product description, image, shades, price and ingredients.


Is it possible to talk to someone about the makeup that is right for me?
Yes. Contact a mark Representative. Representatives can help you order products, achieve the makeup look you want, and talk to you about becoming a Representative. For instant beauty advice, visit our Beauty Q & A section.


Does mark sell Gift Certificates?
No, not at this time.


Are prices on the website different from prices in the Magalog?
meetmark.com pricing always matches the current Magalog. However, since Representatives run their own businesses, they may choose to have special offers whenever they like.



Ordering & Returning

How do I make a purchase on meetmark.com?

  • Click on the "Start Shopping" link located in the "Buy" section at meetmark.com.
  • When you click on a product link, you'll be taken to a product detail page with a full product description, image, shades, price and ingredients.
  • On each product detail page, there is a purchase box next to the word "quantity." Simply enter the number of products that you'd like to order and click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button.
  • When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the "View Your Shopping Bag" link in the upper right corner. At this point you can either: continue shopping, view your subtotal, change the quantities ordered, remove a product from your shopping bag, or place the order.
  • If you're ready to buy, click on "Place this Order" and follow the steps through checkout.


Does mark offer gift wrapping for online purchases?
No, not at this time.


How do I pay for my purchases and what's the sales tax?

  • meetmark.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
  • meetmark.com does not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).
  • Your credit card will only be charged once your purchase is shipped.
  • State and local sales taxes are based on the subtotal after shipping and handling in all states with the exception of ID, IL, MA, NJ and OK, where tax is based on the merchandise total only.


Is there a limit to the number of selections that I can order?
No, you can order as few or as many products as you like.


Are all of mark's products available all the time?
"In line" beauty items are permanent items that are available each Magalog selling period. Promotional (jewelry, watches, lingerie, bags, accessories, mints, etc.) and seasonal items (tanning products, holiday gift sets, etc.) are offered throughout the year and are typically available for 2-3 Magalogs.


What do I do if a product is unavailable?
If a product is unavailable, the phrase "item currently unavailable" will appear on the subtotal page. You will have to reorder the product once it is available (unfortunately, it will not automatically ship to you when it becomes available). You will not be charged for any unavailable items that you attempt to order.


I put something in my shopping bag and now it's gone. Why?
If you leave meetmark.com without checking out, your shopping bag will only retain your selections for two hours.


What do I do if I have problems with my order during checkout?
If you have any problems while submitting your order, or if you have billing questions, please use the "contact mark" link or call (866) 633-8627.



Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost, and when can I expect my delivery?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on where you live and which shipping option you choose.

  • Standard Ground Delivery costs $5.95 and takes 4-7 business days; customers who shop a mark Representative’s store will receive $3.00 Standard Ground Delivery
  • 2 Day Expedited Delivery costs $15.90 and takes 2-3 business days
  • Next Day Expedited Delivery costs $20.90 and is received the next business day.

Orders are processed on regular business days only. Orders submitted before 12 Noon (ET) will be processed the same business day. Orders submitted after 12 Noon (ET) will be processed the next business day.


Can I have my order shipped anywhere?
You can ship our order anywhere in the United States only. The shipping address may be different from the billing address, and PO boxes are acceptable.


Are there any products that require special shipping?
Yes. Certain products (for example: nail enamels, fragrances and aerosols) are considered hazardous material by the Department of Transportation. Orders that contain these types of products and are shipped via UPS will require a signature at the time of delivery. An additional $15.00 will be added to such orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

How do I register and sign in on meetmark.com?
Simply click on "Customers - Register" in the top right corner of meetmark.com and fill in the registration form. Once you've done that, you can click on "Customers - Login" to sign in.


I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
If you've forgotten your password, click on "Customers - Login," fill in your email address and then click on "click here for a reminder."

How secure is meetmark.com and is it safe to enter my credit card information?
The checkout area at meetmark.com is secure. This section is secure because this is where purchases are made and sensitive credit card information is exchanged. The entire checkout process, from introduction to final confirmation takes place in a secure environment.


Does anyone else see the information that I provide to meetmark.com?
