Lauren's a pro at smiling for the camera, and mark's got the pics to prove it. The first two days in May marked Lauren Conrad's photo shoot in NYC for mark's fall magalogs and ad campaigns. On the first day, Lauren arrived at the studio sporting a black pair of ballet flats and carrying her blackberry But she didn't have much of a chance to click away-she was constantly in the makeup chair or in front of the camera wearing some of mark's latest beauty and fashion finds. And our photographers from mark weren't the only ones there. A team from Extra! filmed a behind-the-scenes interview with Lauren as she sat in her mark director's chair. Despite the 10-hour day, Lauren had a blast posing for the camera! The second day was gorgeous and sunny-ideal for a photo shoot outside. The trendy Meatpacking district in downtown Manhattan was the perfect place to photograph Lauren. She was on set at 8am, fresh faced and excited to start. Not only did the shoot feature the latest mark clothing and jewelry, but she got to pose in an adorable vintage car-and on a motorcycle! The cobblestone streets were empty in the early morning, but as the shoot progressed they became crowded with spectators and paparazzi-photographers from People magazine vied with fans with digital cameras to take Lauren's photograph. She was relaxed and radiant in front of the lens, posing animatedly and bantering with the photographers. On breaks, she chilled out with the mark staff, chatting about everything from fashion to frozen yogurt. After another 10 hour day, Lauren was still going strong and tried on one final look for a few last-minute shots right before the sun went down.
